Privacy Policy

At PyTel Consulting UK, your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect on The Scrum Hotspot™ landing pages, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: 9 September 2026.

1. Who We Are

PyTel Consulting UK (“PyTel”, “we”, “us”) is an AI, Agile & Business Transformation consultancy and the data controller for personal information collected through The Scrum Hotspot™ landing pages and related programme communications.

You can reach us at info@pytelconsulting.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7347 300363.

2. Information We Collect

When you register your interest or enrol, we collect the details you provide in our forms: your full name, email address, phone number, country, current role, your motivation for joining, and your certification intentions.

We also collect limited technical data automatically (such as browser type and pages visited) to help us improve the performance and relevance of our pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process your registration, manage payments and seat reservations, communicate programme details and updates, provide access to the LMS and community of practice, and — where you have consented — send you relevant news about future cohorts and programmes.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted providers to deliver our services: Mailchimp (email communication and audience management) and Stripe (secure payment processing). These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe; PyTel never sees or stores your full card information.

5. Legal Basis & Retention

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract (your enrolment), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our training programmes, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We retain your data only for as long as needed to deliver the programme and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@pytelconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Our pages use essential cookies for functionality and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand visitor engagement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the revision date below.
